General Purpose ICM Workspace Template
The General Purpose ICM Workspace Template is a Google Drive-native starter workspace for making AI-assisted work easier to inspect, route, review, and improve.
Open the Google Drive template folder
Best Fit
Use this template when you want Claude Code, Codex, or another approved assistant to work from a real workspace instead of a long chat thread.
It is useful when the work needs:
- source boundaries
- route decisions
- workflow stages
- reusable playbooks
- review gates
- memories and lessons
- run logs
Poor Fit
This is not the right first step if you only need one simple automation, one cleaned-up spreadsheet, or one quick answer.
It is also a poor fit if you want AI to publish, send, schedule, deploy, or change external systems without human review.

How To Use It
- Open the Google Drive template folder, then read the Start Here doc.
- Fill out the Setup tab in the workbook.
- Add approved sources to the Source Map tab.
- Paste one messy request into the Brain Dumps tab.
- Use the Route Planner Playbook before implementation.
- Use the Review Gate before anything leaves the workspace.
- Use the Retro Capture Playbook after the run.
The practical loop is simple: route the work, do the smallest useful next action, review what changed, and improve the workspace.
