About
I work on practical business systems, workflow structure, cleaner data, and automation that can be trusted.
Operator first, tool second.
MCWorkflow is built around a simple premise: most teams do not need more software noise. They need a clearer workflow, a better source of truth, and the right amount of automation.
My background spans Lean Six Sigma process excellence, digital transformation, low-code systems, Airtable architecture, workflow automation, operations leadership, CRM/data governance, AI-assisted workflows, and adoption support.
Starting June 29, 2026, I am moving into a full-time legal-tech business systems role. That means MCWorkflow is currently focused on resources, field notes, lead capture, and referral routing rather than new implementation projects.
AI belongs in the toolkit when it handles interpretation, drafting, classification, or synthesis. When the rule is known, deterministic automation is usually the better first answer.
Working style
- Start from the workflow and decision points.
- Make ownership and review explicit.
- Keep automations small enough to test.
- Use AI where judgment or language work is actually needed.
- Refer out when the work needs a larger team.
